Information We Collect
StockLog collects information needed to operate organization-based inventory, account, invoice, payment, reporting, and onboarding workflows.

We collect account information such as user name, email address, login credentials managed through authentication services, role, status, and related profile details.
Organization/Ranch Information
We collect organization or ranch information such as organization name, setup details, user membership, roles, and settings used to run StockLog for that organization.
Inventory/Product Information
We collect inventory and product information such as product names, categories, SKUs, quantities, unit labels, prices, vendors, stock adjustments, and inventory activity.
Customer/Account Information
Business/customer data may include customer or account names, phone numbers, email addresses, billing addresses, notes, internal account records, and related activity.
Invoice and Payment Records
StockLog may store invoice, statement, payment, balance, payment method label, reference number, and related recordkeeping notes. StockLog does not intentionally collect payment card numbers or process card payments directly.
Invite and User-Role Data
StockLog uses one-time invite codes for onboarding. It may store invitation status, invited email, invited role, expiration, acceptance details, and user-role data. Plain invite codes should only be shown during the onboarding handoff.
Technical, App Usage, and Security Logs
StockLog and its service providers may collect technical logs needed for authentication, app operation, troubleshooting, security, abuse prevention, and performance monitoring. This may include device/browser information, timestamps, IP-derived security metadata, and error details.

No system can guarantee perfect security. Users should use strong passwords, protect invite codes, limit account access to authorized personnel, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
User Choices
Depending on role and organization settings, users may be able to update account/profile information, request correction of inaccurate business or customer records, request export of organization data, request deletion or deactivation of a user account, or contact support for help.
